A few weeks ago I shared my half-page planner printables. They are nice to use on their own, but as someone who takes a ton of notes throughout the day, sometimes I need to have more than just one daily page. Also, I want to go back and find the notes that I make.

So I've created a yearly index and a minimal note page to go along with my original printables.

Printing Instructions

  1. Cut a 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper in half.
  2. Load your printer with the half sized pages.
  3. Open the PDFs in Adobe Reader. Make sure your printer is set to print at half page (5.5 in. x 8.5 in.)
  4. And then print.
  5.

Usage

On days when I have extra notes, I date them and put them as close to the related daily page as possible. The grid-lines are very light, allowing room for some creativity.

Then I write the topic of the notes in the yearly index.

For some things, like journal entries, I use a symbol to show what kind of note it is instead of writing it all out.

Also there is space for two months on each page of the index, but I think if I have a lot of information to index, one month on each page will work okay too. But I so far, having two months on one page as worked well for me.

Give these printables a try (for personal use please. No reselling!) and let me know if they help you do more with your planner.šŸ˜ƒ
